Intended use :

FertiCult™ IVF medium is intended for washing and preserving human oocytes, performing fertilization by in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) (up to 2PN).

FertiCult™ IVF medium is ready to use.

Composition:

FertiCult™ IVF medium is a bicarbonate-buffered balanced salt solution supplemented with glucose (5.55 mM), lactate, pyruvate and human serum albumin (4.0 g/l, medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma). The product is also available with phenol red and/or gentamicin (10 mg/l, medicinal substance).
